About the festival
One of Cyprus's most cherished rural traditions returns to Pachna. The 11th Annual Shepherd's Festival will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2026, starting at 17:30, at the community's Public Parking Area.
This event is dedicated to Cyprus's livestock farming heritage and to the people who keep it alive, contributing daily to rural production and development.
Featuring local products, traditional flavors, and cultural activities, the Shepherd's Festival offers visitors a chance to experience authentic Cypriot rural life and connect with the region's unique customs and traditions.
Local producers and artisans will showcase their products and craftsmanship, highlighting the richness of local production and fostering a connection between the public and the primary sector.
The organizers also invite those wishing to participate with their own stall; applications are accepted until June 30, 2026.
The Shepherd's Festival is a wonderful summer opportunity for all ages to discover the traditions, products, and hospitality of the Cypriot countryside, while supporting local communities and their people.
