Carrot Cake with Pineapple

• 150g self-raising flour
• 150g plain flour
• 2 level teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 2 level teaspoons baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 210g sunflower oil
• 150g sugar
• 150g light brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 300g carrots, peeled and quartered
• 200g canned pineapple slices, in juice
• 50g walnuts

For the Cream Cheese Frosting

• 150g icing sugar
• ¼ pack (65g) unsalted butter
• 200g cream cheese
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 sachet vanilla sugar
