INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder/granules
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (like canola oil)
- 1 medium egg
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 can (397g) caramelized milk (Dulce de leche)
