2. In another bowl, combine the vegetable oil, rose water, and orange juice, and mix well. Add the sugar, half a cup of almonds, and the flour mixture.
3. Mix everything thoroughly and pour the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with the remaining almonds and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
