For the Base

  • 18 (200g) chocolate cookies with vanilla filling
  • 45g melted butter

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 500g cream cheese (Cream Cheese)
  • 200g hazelnut praline
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 200g heavy cream (35% fat)

For Decoration

  • 150g hazelnut praline
  • 4 chocolate cookies with vanilla filling
