- • 1 and 2/3 cups (400g) fresh mandarin juice
- • 2 mandarins
- • 1 ½ (345 g) sugar
- • 2/3 cup (170 ml) sunflower oil
- • 3 cups (450 g) all-purpose flour
- • baking powder
