Yogurt Cream with Pineapple

INGREDIENTS
- • ½ kilo fat-free yogurt (0-5% fat)
- • 1 ½ cups lukewarm water
- • 1 sachet of diet pineapple jelly
- • 1 can of pineapple chunks (medium size) in light syrup or natural juice
- • 10-15 blanched almonds, coarsely chopped
- • ½ cup of the juice from the canned pineapple
