Pastoudes (Cypriot Butter Cookies)

INGREDIENTS
- • 1 package (350g) vegetable shortening (or butter substitute)
- • 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- • 2 cups icing sugar (powdered sugar)
- • 5 eggs
- • 3 tablespoons cognac (or brandy)
- • 5 tablespoons rose water
