INGREDIENTS
- • 800g all-purpose flour
- • 100g sugar plus an extra 1 teaspoon
- • 2 sachets (16g) dry yeast
- • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- • 300g lukewarm water
- • 1/2 cup olive oil
- • Sunflower oil for frying
