Strawberry Salad

• 4 cups wild rocket leaves
• 1 ½ cups strawberries, sliced
• ½ cup dried strawberries
• 3 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
• 1 cup Parmesan flakes

For the dressing

• 2 ½ tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 tablespoon strawberry syrup

First, prepare the dressing:

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
2. In a salad bowl, place the wild rocket and add all the remaining salad ingredients.
3. Mix well, drizzle with the dressing, and serve.
