1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Peel the potatoes and cut them into 2 or 4 pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix all the spices with the salt and pepper. Put the potatoes in a separate bowl and drizzle them with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
3. Sprinkle the potatoes with 1/3 of the spice mixture and mix well. Place the chicken in a baking pan and pour the lemon juice all over it.
4. First, sprinkle the underside of the chicken with the spices. Turn it over and pour the remaining olive oil onto the chicken, spreading it evenly.
5. Sprinkle the rest of the spices on top. Arrange the potatoes around the chicken. Pour the water into the side of the pan and bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours.
